By creating an account, placing an order, or interacting with TESMAG content, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding agreement.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

TESMAG designs and curates premium aftermarket accessories for Tesla vehicles. While we strive for absolute accuracy in product descriptions, images, and specifications, minor variations may occur.

When you place an order, you submit an offer to purchase. Orders are confirmed only once payment is fully processed and an order confirmation is issued.

We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and select buy-now-pay-later providers. All transactions are processed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery within the contiguous United States arrives in 3–7 business days; international delivery times vary by region.

Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.

We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in original packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned product.

TESMAG provides a limited manufacturer's warranty on most products as stated on each product page. Outside of this explicit warranty, products are sold “as is” without further express or implied warranties.

We disclaim, to the maximum extent permitted by law, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

All content on this site — including logos, text, graphics, photography, and software — is owned by TESMAG or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TESMAG shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

Our site may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party tools (payment processors, analytics, shipping). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these providers.

We may suspend or terminate your access to TESMAG at our discretion if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to the platform or other customers.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
