Billing Overview
These Billing Terms govern how TESMAG processes payments, issues refunds, and handles disputes on every order placed through our store. By completing a purchase you accept the conditions outlined below in addition to our general Terms of Service.
All charges appear on your statement as TESMAG* followed by the order reference number so they are easy to reconcile.
Accepted Payment Methods
Currency & conversion
All prices are displayed and charged in USD. If your card is issued in another currency your bank may apply a conversion rate and a small foreign-transaction fee.
Billing Cycles & Subscriptions
One-time orders are billed in full at the moment of checkout. Subscription items — such as our Care Plan or auto-replenished consumables — are billed on the same day of each cycle until you cancel.
You can manage, pause or cancel any subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period.
Failed & Declined Payments
If a charge is declined we will automatically retry up to three times over five days. You will receive an email each time a retry occurs so you can update your payment method if needed.
Orders unpaid after the final retry are cancelled and any reserved stock is released.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Wallet refunds are credited instantly.
Taxes & Duties
Applicable sales tax, VAT or GST is calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping destination. International orders may incur import duties collected by your local carrier on delivery — these are the customer's responsibility.
Tax-exempt orders
Resellers and registered fleet customers can upload a valid exemption certificate from their account to remove sales tax on future orders.
TESMAG Wallet Payments
Your Wallet stores store credit, referral rewards and approved refunds. Funds never expire and can be applied to any future order at checkout.
Wallet balances are non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn as cash, but unused balances remain available indefinitely on your account.
Fraud Prevention
Every transaction is screened by our risk engine in partnership with our payment processors. High-risk orders may be paused for manual verification — we may request additional information such as a billing confirmation or photo ID for high-value orders.
Transaction Security
Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution
If something is wrong with your order, please contact our support team first — we resolve more than 95% of issues within 24 hours without ever needing to involve your bank.
Filing a chargeback before contacting support may delay resolution and could result in your account being temporarily suspended pending the bank's review.
